It was our desire to build a home in the dunes close to the sea. We found a suitable house at the Second Life Marketplace:

Harbor Beach House by Kathy Greymoon

The house is completely built in mesh. It has a footprint of 30 meters to 34 meters and needs a land impact of 160.

On the ground floor there are three rooms, one of which, unfortunately without windows. I think there will be the bathroom. The upper floor is built in an open construction. Only one room has a door. There is the bedroom. The other three areas I have classified as living room, library and dining room.

All in all, the house is of good quality. The only drawback: The doors are unfortunately too big (height 3.4 m). Therefore, the doorknob was in shoulder height. So I had to decrease all doors, with the result that additional walls had to be built. I did not have the original textures for disposal, so I designed the house to my liking with new floor and wall textures.

The main entrance I have installed rotated by 90 °. The terrace in front of it was covered.

I have the smaller version of this house. I'm not using it at home, but I have placed it for a group I am in to use as a club house. It's a gorgeous home and you've shown it to perfection, as always :)
